In large vacuum systems, there is an increasing trend to choose aluminum chambers for weight reduction and demagnetization. At Seiko Rika Medical Electric, we are extending our "sealing welding technology" and "leak inspection system," developed through the production of stainless steel (SUS) vacuum chambers, to aluminum materials as well. We also address internal treatments (such as special anodizing) to suppress the gas release characteristic of aluminum, ensuring quality that can withstand high vacuum environments. In the welding process, we implement strict shielding gas management to prevent pinholes and carry out assembly in a consistently clean environment.
